Compensation: $66,225-$81,488, plus benefits per employee handbook.
The Political Director will lead the Political Team and programmatically direct the 501c4 organization to provide political and strategic direction, direct electoral organizing and year-round civic engagement efforts with our members, staff, and partners. They will build political power to ensure we win during elections, and sustain successful grassroots campaigns beyond Election Day. The Political Director will work closely with the Advocacy Team to develop and oversee campaigns where APANO is supporting or leading. They will direct efforts to grow APANO’s political advocacy and civic engagement (PACE) membership base and engage with other c4 organizations statewide. This position is part of the organization’s senior leadership. They will report directly to the Executive Director and supervise at least 2 other full-time staff.
