APANO Launches Youth Leadership Council

This past Wednesday, APANO held our first youth-led leadership council with Portland High School students. The group will aim to develop youth-leadership skills through community organizing. With 20 youth in attendance at the first meeting, students talked about core values they want to uphold, upcoming projects, and issues that they want to organize around.
