Please join APANO for a weekly 30 minute call on Wednesday, February 15th at 5:30pm PST to discuss the latest developments from the Trump administration. The call is facilitated by APANO’s Policy Director Zahir Janmohamed.
We know that our communities are, rightfully so, feeling anxious about the changes happening under the new Trump administration. We are too. APANO is organizing a weekly call to create space for Asian and Pacific Islanders to share relevant news and strategize how best to resist this new government.
This weekly call will be divided into three parts: 1) a ten minute discussion of APANO's analysis of the national news, as as well as updates on what APANO is doing; 2) a ten minute discussion and analysis by our coalition partners about what they are hearing about the Trump administration and Oregon actions; 3) a ten minute open forum where you can provide feedback, reactions, and suggestions.
This call is open to APANO members. Click here to RSVP and receive teleconference information. Questions? Contact Zahir at zahir@apano.org
