Volunteer in the Jade District this month!

We're seeking volunteers to support outreach and organizing we're doing in the JadeInternational District around 82nd and SE Division. We welcome new volunteers and especially encourage youth and folks who are bilingual.

Jade Neighborhood Canvass - We're working with OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon to talk with residents about their concerns and hopes for the community. We'll be offering a training and then pairing up and surveying door-to-door. We'll also be registering voters and educating about the Nov 4Election! Meet at the APANO Jade Office 2738 SE 82nd Ave. We'll be canvassing for 2.5 hours, wear walking shoes.

• Saturday August 23rd 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Public Transit/Bus Stop Outreach)

Jade International Night Market - We are kicking off a new exciting summer event and will be hosting a warm welcome table for visitors to the night market. We'll have a volunteer training and then having folks greet people and invite them to complete a brief survey at the night market. We ask folks to commit for at least a 2.5 hour shift. Meet at the Fubonn Parking Lot on 82nd Ave.
