APANO is promoting this 10 minute public health survey to ensure that Asian & Pacific Islander voices and concerns are shared with policy makers. The results of this survey along with further research will be used to identify the most important health issues that can be addressed through the community efforts of hospitals, county health departments, and Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) in the region of Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington and Clark Counties. APANO is working closely on health improvement strategies that move upstream to win health equity for our families and communities.
