You're Invited To APANO's Small Business Food Hall
APANO is partnering with local small businesses to create Small Business Food Hall at our community space this upcoming July 16th from 5:30-7 PM!
Enjoy a night of mingling with small business owners, recipe sharing, and tastings that highlight the diverse culture our community represents. Expect delicious bites from emerging businesses, and a complimentary glass of wine and a sparkling rosé wine tasting from Shiba Wichern Cellars.

Capacity: 50 attendees for an intimate and immersive event!
Parking: Free street parking around the back of the building, or paid parking across the street at PCC SE Campus
Revenue from this event will support APANO’s Small Business Programming that has supported and empowered hundreds of small businesses in the tri-county areas over the past six years with one-on-one coaching, connection to resources, education, workshops and technical assistance. We look forward to connecting with fellow foodies in the community to support local food businesses and support our Small Business programming!

Boba Gems LLC is a mobile boba & Vietnamese coffee catering company, focused on freshly brewed milk teas and Vietnamese coffee in Tigard, OR. From creating eco-friendly boba jars, to curating zero waste boba kits, they also cater weddings, events, and offer full-service bobarista options and made-to-order drink drop offs!
Mama Chow’s Kitchen

Bistro Elysium blends flavors from Thailand, Japan, and China to create delicious Asian fusion dishes. Elysium Sauce is crafted to make home cooking effortless, turning everyday meals into a reason for the whole family to gather, connect, and smile around the dinner table again.

Charcuterie Me is a Portland-based catering company specializing in artfully curated charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and elevated food experiences for gatherings of all sizes. Founded in 2020 by Nai Zhao, Charcuterie Me has served thousands of customers throughout Oregon, providing catering for corporate events, weddings, client appreciation gifts, nonprofit fundraisers, community celebrations, and private gatherings.
Sweet T Bakery
Sweet T Bakery was created by sisters, Theary and Soma, who embraced baking together for their family. As first-generation Cambodian Americans, they were surrounded by the delightful aromas of freshly grated coconut, the sweetness of palm sugar, the crunch of black sesame seeds, and the fragrance of fresh pandan leaves, which are flavors they continue to incorporate into their desserts.
Shiba Wichern Cellars
Shiba Wichern Cellars focuses on creating balanced and subtle wines that represent Oregon’s unique viticulture. They only produce small-lot handmade wines, believing in absolute minimal chemical intervention in the cellar-native yeasts, low SO2, so fining, filtering, or additions.
